About Ballfrog

Real people. Real schools. Nashville roots. National impact.

Ballfrog was built by high school parents and sports fanatics. Our goal has never changed: help athletic departments turn chaos into community.

Our home

Built in Nashville, for schools everywhere.

We understand Friday night lights, booster club fundraisers, and the reality of managing 15+ sports programs with a tiny staff, because the people building Ballfrog have lived it as parents, coaches, and fans.

We partner with schools across the country because every athletic department, big or small, deserves a communication system that actually works.

What drives us

Practical over flashy

An athletic director in rural Pennsylvania shouldn't feel intimidated. If it's complicated, it won't get used, so we keep it simple.

Wrangle the chaos

We're not here to save the world. We're here to take the chaos of running a program and turn it into community, one school at a time.

Community is the product

The app is just a tool. The real goal is a connected, confident school community that's proud to say: we're a Ballfrog school.

We love talking to athletic directors. Schedule a demo and put a face to the name.
